Your Vision. Our Craft.
Custom vinyl windows crafted for durability, energy efficiency, and modern style, designed to perform in even the most challenging climates.
Your home is unique. Your windows should be too.
At GreatView Custom, we believe your windows should be more than a standard product selected from a catalogue. They should be designed around your home, your style, and the way you live.
We manufacture our windows right here in our own facility, giving us greater control over every stage of the process—from manufacturing and assembly to finishing. This allows us to offer a level of customization that goes beyond standard window options.
Choose from a wide range of colours, decorative grills, simulated divided lites, textured glass, tinted glass, and other design options to create a window that complements the character of your home.
And when it comes to colour, we take customization a step further.
In-House Painting. Greater Control.
Our dedicated in-house paint booth allows us to paint your windows right here in our facility. Rather than sending your windows to an outside finishing facility, we control the painting process from start to finish.
This gives us greater control over the colour, consistency, quality, and final finish of every window we produce.
Whether you’re looking for a classic neutral, a bold contemporary colour, or something specifically chosen to complement your home’s exterior, our in-house painting capabilities give you greater freedom to make your windows truly your own.

Casement Windows
Casement windows are designed to provide excellent ventilation, energy efficiency, and effortless operation. The sash is hinged along one side of the frame and opens outward with the turn of an interior crank, creating a wide opening for fresh air and natural light.
When closed, the sash pulls securely against the frame and compression weather seals, helping create a tight, energy-efficient seal against the elements.
Often referred to as crank windows or crank-out windows, casement windows can be configured with the hinges on either the left or right side. This allows you to customize the operation based on your room layout, preferred airflow, and available exterior space.
Casement windows also offer remarkable design flexibility. They can be built as a single casement, paired as double casements, or combined with fixed windows to create larger expanses of glass while maintaining ventilation where you need it. Casement units can also be incorporated into bay and bow window configurations, providing a combination of natural light, ventilation, and architectural character.
With clean lines and versatile configurations, casement windows are an excellent choice for both traditional and contemporary homes.
Fixed Windows
Fixed windows, often referred to as picture windows, are non-operating windows designed to maximize natural light, expansive views, and architectural impact. With no moving sash, their clean, streamlined design provides large areas of glass and an unobstructed view of the outdoors.
Fixed windows are an excellent choice for large statement openings, feature walls, and spaces where you want to bring in more natural light without requiring ventilation. Their versatility also allows them to be combined with operating windows, such as casements or awnings, creating custom configurations that balance expansive views with fresh-air ventilation.
Because fixed windows do not open, they provide an excellent airtight and weather-resistant seal, contributing to energy efficiency and helping reduce outside noise.
At GreatView Custom, our fixed windows can be manufactured in a wide range of sizes, configurations, colours, and glass options to complement the design of your home. Whether you’re framing a beautiful landscape or creating a dramatic architectural feature, our fixed windows bring together clean design, lasting performance, and custom craftsmanship.

Awning Windows
Awning windows are top-hinged windows that open outward from the bottom, providing excellent ventilation while helping keep the elements outside. When open, the sash creates a natural overhang that helps protect the opening from rain, allowing you to enjoy fresh air even during wet weather.
Their compact, versatile design makes awning windows an excellent choice for basements, smaller openings, and higher wall installations where ventilation and natural light are still important. They can also be used on their own or combined with fixed windows and other operating styles to create larger, customized window configurations.
With their clean appearance, practical operation, and weather-conscious design, awning windows offer an ideal combination of ventilation, functionality, and style.
Bay Windows
Bay windows are a distinctive window configuration that projects outward from the exterior wall, creating additional interior space, expanded views, and architectural dimension. Typically built using multiple window units set at angles, bay windows create a wider viewing area while bringing more natural light into your home.
A typical bay window combines a large fixed centre window with operating casement windows on either side, providing the perfect balance of expansive views and ventilation. Configurations can be customized to suit the size of the opening, the architectural style of your home, and your desired combination of fixed and operating windows.
Beyond their visual appeal, bay windows can create a deeper interior sill or seating area, making them an ideal feature for living rooms, bedrooms, dining areas, or cozy reading spaces.
At GreatView Custom, our bay windows are made to order with a variety of window configurations, colours, glass options, and finishes. Whether you’re replacing an existing bay window or creating one as part of a new build, we combine custom craftsmanship, performance, and timeless design to create a window that is built specifically for your home.

Bow Windows
Bow windows are an elegant, curved window configuration that projects outward from the exterior wall, creating a wider viewing area and architectural character to your home. Their graceful, rounded design allows you to enjoy expansive panoramic views and abundant natural light while creating a distinctive focal point both inside and outside your home.
A typical bow window is made up of four to six units arranged at equal angles, creating a gentle outward curve. Unlike a traditional bay window, which typically uses sharper angles, the multiple sections of a bow window create a smooth, continuous appearance and broader viewing arc.
Bow windows can be designed using a combination of fixed and operating casement windows, allowing you to customize the balance between expansive glass and ventilation. They are an excellent choice for living rooms, dining areas, bedrooms, and other spaces where you want to maximize light and views.
At Greatview Custom, our bow windows are made to order and can be tailored with a variety of configurations, colours, glass options, and finishes. From the number of window units to the style and operation of each section, we create bow windows specifically for your home—combining custom craftsmanship, performance, and timeless design.
Single and Double Side Slider Windows
Side Slider windows are designed for smooth, effortless operation, with one or more sashes gliding horizontally along a track. Because they open within the window frame, they require no additional exterior space, making them a practical choice for areas where an outward-opening window may not be suitable.
When closed, side slider windows provide a secure, energy-efficient seal while offering easy access to fresh air when ventilation is needed.
Side Slider windows are particularly well suited for patios, porches, walkways, and other areas where exterior clearance is limited. Their space-saving operation makes them a versatile option for both renovations and new construction.
With their clean lines and sleek proportions, side slider windows complement contemporary and modern homes, while their ability to accommodate larger glass areas makes them an excellent choice for wider wall openings.

Single and Double Hung Windows
Single hung windows feature a classic vertical design with two sashes: a fixed upper sash and a movable lower sash that slides vertically to provide ventilation.
Their streamlined design offers excellent functionality while maximizing available space, making them a practical choice for bedrooms, living spaces, upper floors, and areas where outward-opening windows may not be suitable.
Double hung windows feature two independently operable sashes that slide vertically, allowing you to open either the top or bottom sash for greater control over ventilation and airflow.
This classic, space-saving design provides excellent functionality without requiring the window to project inward or outward. Its timeless appearance makes it a versatile choice for everything from traditional and heritage-style homes to contemporary GTA properties.
